Utility Tariff/Cost Studies
Trove performs custom rate and cost studies directly for facility managers or facility professionals to incorporate into their deliverables. Studies can be customized to match the level of detail needed for each project and may include:

Provides a general overview of a client’s rate classification with supporting charts and graphics to display charge cost variations throughout the year.

Analysis of one year or more of utility bills for a utility account to establish baseline usage patterns and costs. Includes a general overview of the current rate class while also providing specific metrics and charts based on the billing information.

Based on analysis of interval meter data and interviews with facility managers, Trove will develop a custom demand management strategy. We can also provide system integration services to allow for automated participation in demand response programs.

Benchmark the energy use of a facility using the industry standard ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®. Trove completes the initial benchmark setup, delivers the final report, and provides access to the online portal.
